Words are clumsy, broken tools. Words do not mean the same to different users.
Oh yes, you may come to consensus about what table represents, or wedding, everyday things that you refer to.
A table is something you eat from. A wedding joins two people legally.
But when you look at all the letters to advice columns about weddings, you would have to conclude that wedding means different things to different people. It comes out that there is no agreement on what wedding is. What makes one right? legitimate? Many things, apparently. The meaning of the word is not settled.
Even the meaning of table is not the same to one as to another. With each word you speak, your hearer brings his own mental pictures and memories.
In speaking, how many of you are truly eloquent in conveying your deepest wishes to others? How confident are you in being able to get your message across? When you want to speak in abstractions, such as charity, responsibility, belief, can you be sure that your audience understands the same from these words as you do?
To use words, is to see your tools disintegrate when you touch them. Can you be sure that what was in your heart and mind before you spoke, was conveyed to your hearer, after you had spoken?
The broom you so boldly picked up loses half its bristles on the first pass.
They’re only words, and words are all I have, to take your heart away

How then, should we communicate? since the body is a communication tool, nothing more, How then, should we use it?
That is a worthy question; thank you for that question.
We may as well begin by calling it the mind/body, rather than thinking of the body as a stand alone entity. By now you have accepted that the mind and body are linked. Know also that the mind is stronger than the body. The mind leads and the body, with its clown show of reality, follows.
Where the mind leads, the body follows
How should you communicate? Not with words, but with feelings. You already do this. Does someone have to tell you in words when they are angry? excited? afraid? You already have a whole finetuned set of radar to detect these feelings.
How do you already communicate with wordless creatures, such as animals, very small children? Being denied the convenience of words, you resort to all the other measures, to touch, to mood, to feeling. You are quite capable of conveying your love and intent to these creatures without using words.
